As part of The Council For British Archaeology (CBA) Festival of Archaeology CADVAS are putting on three “memory and wellbeing” walks based around the three villages of the Eidyrnion/Dee Valley – Corwen, Carrog and Glyndyfyrdwy. The three walks will be a fairly sedate amble that will take around two hours and the start time is to coincide with the Llangollen to Corwen heritage Railway timetables. The walks are guided, with either a local renowned historian (Chris Jones) or local archaeologist (Fiona Gale), who are experts with “inside” knowledge of the area.
